Interview
any CEO who is retired - I've interviewed many - and ask them a
question. What are you proud of? None of them ever told me how big
their office was. All they ever talk about is the people they helped.
~ Marshall Goldsmith
Where do the hyper-successful turn when they want to make positive changes? For many CEOs of multi-billion dollar companies and those just a step away, the answer is Marshall Goldsmith.
As an executive coach, author, and speaker, for the last 30 years Goldsmith has focused on helping successful people get even more successful. The latest of the 23 books he has written, What Got You Here Won't Get You There, was a New York Times best-seller and ranked the #1 selling business book by The Wall Street Journal.
Come hear Goldsmith's thoughts on living a successful life and making positive change.

Thanks Rajan! I'm glad you liked it. I'm having a lot of fun with it, and it's definitely inspiring to me as well.
Re the audio break, I just clicked on the link to listen, and found no breaks. I wonder if it was a momentary glitch. Thanks for the heads up though. :-)

Hurrrey !! It works..
Enjoyed the short but informative interview with your comments..
I may be biased - attended a 2 Day program by Marshall in ISB Hyderabad, India recently and am a BIG fan of his philosophy and style- but you managed to capture the essence of the man, his work and some less known facts about how he got into Coaching in the first place.. So thank you !
Here is an interesting coincidence. An Interview in Businessweek done by Marshall ( dated the 28 th Jan, the same day you posted his podcast) ON :
Lessons in Personal Transformation based on a Movie.
I am sure you will enjoy reading and exploring this topic further...
cheers
